Portrait Session Information & Fees (non-hospital sessions)
JLP specializes in maternity, newborn, family, children, contemporary glamour and senior portrait photography. All portrait sessions are photographed and artistically designed by Jessica Limon. The goal in each session is to create a beautiful set of images and create custom heirloom art designed for your family and home. The non-refundable retainer for your session reserves your portrait session and includes a pre-portrait consultation, wardrobe assistance, session time, retouching and a personal viewing and ordering appointment. The retainer does not include prints or products. We have a big range in what our clients might spend, but truly there's something for everyone. Our portraits are priced at $200 per image which includes a high res digital PLUS desktop print. We have other clients who want to decorate multiple rooms in their home with wall art and they get a big beautiful album PLUS prints to share with friends and family. They might end up spending $8,000 or more. We are here for our clients every step of the way from beginning to product delivery.
Family and Children Session | $200
This one-hour family session is held at an outdoor picturesque location or in the comfort of your home. This session blends traditional portraiture with a documentary approach to bring out the best in families. Outdoor family sessions begin approximately 1.5 hours before sunset.
Maternity Session | $200
Maternity sessions are at a picturesque outdoor location. Outdoor maternity sessions begin approximately 1.5 hours before sunset. Images are best captured when gestational age is between weeks 28-32. Partners and children are welcome. This one-hour session includes the use of our gorgeous maternity gowns and accessories.
Newborn Studio Session | $200
Newborn sessions are held in the comfort of your home where we bring our wide array of props for your little one. Images are best captured when your baby is between 7-18 days old and includes images with props as well as with family and siblings too. Sessions last up to 3 hours. We take a very limited number of sessions per month, so please inquire at your earliest convenience to ensure availability. Most families book during their second trimester; I occasionally have last-minute openings.

Products
The best part of the custom portrait experience is showcasing your images throughout your home. Each product has been hand-selected not only to display your images brilliantly but also to stand the test of time and be passed on to your children (and their children!).
You'll be able to see each product in person during our consultation and again during the viewing appointment. Together, we'll select the products that will best complement your home and fit your needs.
- Prints, products and digital files are purchased separately and are not included with the session fee/retainer.
- The session retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date and is non-refundable.
- For sessions 20 miles outside of zip code 30004, a travel fee may be required.
